The purpose of the San Joaquin Outdoor Education (SJOE) program is to give students a meaningful and enjoyable environmental education experience while in companionship with other children and adults. Correlated with the California State Frameworks, the Outdoor School program incorporates an interdisciplinary, multi-sensory, direct, discovery-oriented approach to learning.
San Joaquin Outdoor Education is a program of the San Joaquin County Office of Education.
