All students are served a beach day and a pack out lunch as well as either a Tuesday or Thursday lunch.

Monday Dinner

Pizza Dough - Wheat and Soy Oil

*Gluten Free Pizza Dough - Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Olive,

Palm and Soybean Oil, Yeast, Gelatin and Guar Gum. (shared equipment with eggs and soy)

Pepperoni : pork, dried milk

Aidells Chicken Apple Sausage - Chicken, Dried Apple, Fruit Juice, Salt, Spices, Rosemary Extract, Sheep Casing.

Krusteaz Honey Wheat Pancakes - Whole Wheat Flour, Bleached Flour, Soy Flour, Sugar, Dextrose, Soybean Oil, Eggs, Corn Syrup, Honey, High Fructose Corn Syrup. (Eggs, Wheat, Soy)

Margarine - Soy Oil, Palm Oil, Salt, Nonfat Milk Solids, Soy Lecithin, Vegetable Mono and Diglycerides, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Beta Carotene. (Milk, Soy)

Taco Meat - Ground Beef or Diced Chicken cooked with house seasoning of Salt, Black Pepper, Granulated Garlic, Cumin, Paprika, Smoked Paprika, and Oregano.

Taco Shell - Whole Grain Corn Masa Flour, Vegetable Oil (Safflower, Sunflower, Corn or Cottonseed), trace of lime. (peanut free, gluten free)

Refried Beans - Pinto Beans, Interesterfied soybean oil with TBHQ, Salt. (Soybean Oil) (peanut free, gluten free)

Nonfat Sour Cream - Cultured Skim Milk, Cream, Food Starch, Modified Whey Protein Concentrate, Propylene Glycol Monoester, Artificial Color, Gelatin.

Rice - Parboiled White Rice made with only water and salt.
